1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dewi311 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the dewi311 website, mobile interface, or any associated service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

dewi311 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice to individual players. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with a corresponding "last updated" date. • You have not previously had an account on dewi311 suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

2.1 Age Verification

dewi311 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, birth certificate, or any other government-issued document. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the period specified in our request will be suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. Withdrawal requests will be held pending verification completion.

2.2 Minor Protection

If you suspect that a minor has access to your device or account credentials, you must contact dewi311 support immediately via live chat or email at support@dewi311 so that your account can be secured. 3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on dewi311, you are required to register a player account. Registration is free of charge. 3.1 One Account Policy

3.3 Account Accuracy

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

dewi311 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Bangladesh-localised payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islamki Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your dewi311 account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, however deposits above ৳100,000 may trigger an additional verification step.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where a payment method is registered to a different person — are strictly prohibited.
• dewi311 does not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Failed deposits should be reported to support immediately with a transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the dewi311 payments team during operational hours (08:00–24:00 BST, UTC+6). bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• dewi311 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 5 of these Terms.
• dewi311 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if fraud, money laundering, or terms abuse is suspected.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

The platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied at the platform level. If your payment provider converts between currencies, the resulting exchange rate and any associated fees are entirely outside dewi311's control and responsibility.

5 Bonus & Promotions

dewi311 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section and any additional terms published alongside the specific promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded by dewi311 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the total bonus amount before any withdrawal may be requested. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 would require a total wagering turnover of ৳20,000 before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

5.2 Bonus Validity

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified at the time of issue will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance. The standard validity period is 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

5.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the requirement. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds voided and may be subject to permanent suspension.

6 User Obligations

As a registered player on dewi311, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations apply to your use of the platform in all circumstances:

1. You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout all subsequent interactions with dewi311.
2. You will not use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
3. You will not use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to access the platform, place wagers, or interact with games in a manner not intended by dewi311.
4. You will not attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer any part of the platform, or interfere with the integrity of any game outcome.
5. You will not engage in collusion with other players, including any form of chip-dumping, coordinated wagering, or result-sharing in card games.
6. You will not attempt to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to your dewi311 account through your payment provider unless the transaction was genuinely fraudulent and you have first reported it to dewi311 support.
7. You will keep your account credentials confidential and will not share your login details with any other person.
8. You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that dewi311 bears no responsibility for any losses you incur through participation in real-money games or betting markets.

6.1 Responsible Conduct

7 Account Closure & Termination

Either party may close or terminate a dewi311 player account, subject to the conditions described in this section.

7.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact the dewi311 support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure request will be forfeited.

7.2 Closure by dewi311

dewi311 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy.
• Underage gambling or failure to complete required age verification.
• Chargeback or payment reversal initiated without prior notification to dewi311.
• Bonus abuse as defined in Section 5.4 of these Terms.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, dewi311 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, and to retain any winnings generated through prohibited conduct.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible-gaming reasons may request account suspension for periods of 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently via the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon processing. During a self-exclusion period, dewi311 will not send promotional communications to the excluded player and will decline any attempts to create a new account using the same personal details.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewi311, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses incurred as a result of wagering or participation in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or banking institutions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Loss of data or account progress due to server issues beyond dewi311's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the platform that subsequently changes.

dewi311 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and security infrastructure, no online system can guarantee 100% uptime or absolute immunity from technical failure.

8.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dewi311 and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform in a manner not authorised by these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

8.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy published on dewi311, constitute the entire agreement between you and dewi311 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
